Bruce Jenner was involved in a three-car pile-up at noon on Saturday that left one person dead and seven injured.
The 65-year-old former Olympian rear-ended a white Lexus and sent it flying into a Hummer on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, reports claim.
The female driver of the Lexus died at the scene, officials told TMZ.
Jenner, who walked away from the crash apparently unharmed, insists he was being chased by five paparazzi, according to the site.
