Renowned Nigerian actor, Femi Robinson, Village Headmaster has passed on, 75yrs

NIGERIAN FILMS GOING PORNOGRAPHIC–FEMI ROBINSON, VILLAGE HEADMASTER
Renowned Nigerian actor, Femi Robinson, most popular for this role in defunct NTA series Village Headmaster, has passed away at age 75.According to ThisDay, the news was announced by his two sons, Seun and Wole Robinson, via his Facebook page. The message reads “This is to notify you that we lost our father, Femi Robinson this morning – Seun & Wole Robinson (sons).”

News of his death broke yesterday morning from his family. Chief Femi Robinson was a cast of the then fpus Village Headmaster drama series that ruled the National Television Authorities 8pm prime time from the 1970s till the late 1980s. He played the indefatigable and incorrigible Village Headmaster of Oja community school as Ife Araba.
The series, created by the late doyen of the arts, Chief Segun Olusola, had veritable star casts of Dejumo Lewis, Elsie Olusola, Ibidun Allison, Wole Amele, Joe Layode, etc but had to be rested after ruling the airwaves as one of Nigeria's most successful drama series.
May his creative and gentle soul rest in peace.
